Hi,

I have prepared a list about the charges and important information in HU. I have tried my best to keep the information correct, please double check the info provided here before answering the tickets. Smile

The charges for different jobs in HU

1. Charge for changing the principle domain name : £12.50 + VAT

2. Charge for changing the owner details of the domain : £10.00 + VAT

Note:
If it's a .uk domain, he will have to go to Nominet for this to be done and for domains other than co.uk , he will have to pay a fee of £10.00 + VAT

3. Charge for adding 5(minimum) addon domain for basic package : £10.00 + VAT

4. Charge for increasing the disk space by 1 GB(minimum) : £7.00 + VAT/month

5. Charge for copying the entire account along with the domain to us : £10.00 + VAT administration charge

6. SSL requires a domain to have its own IP address - we can of course provide this.

We charge £80 + VAT for a SSL certificate and for own IP address for a year. This price also includes us installing and configuring the certificate for it to work.

Client can get a certificate from anywhere else, and in this case the IP and installation of your certificate would be £20 + VAT.

7. Charge for hiding the WHOIS information from all domains except *.uk domains : £8.00 + VAT per domain

Domain Registration and Transfer charges

Cancellelation
--------------------

30 days' notice is required for account cancellations by the Customer.

Changing of Nameservers and DNS informations
-------------------------------------------------------------

Client's can change their nameservers and DNS information in their Modern Bill Account except IPSTAG changes.

Information about the Server Location
-----------------------------------------------

Our servers are located in Texas Tier one data centre.

I would like to update one information here

For hiding the WHOIS information for all domains other than *.uk is : £8.00 + VAT

And to remind you for *.uk domains, hiding details is free. (from previous post by Rijo).

Some addons regarding extra bandwidth..

£ 7 per 10 GB bandwidth and the minimum is 5 GB. There is no extra bandwidth package less than 5 GB.
This is the charge for per month.

Adding some more to the Novel's previous post regarding additional bandwidth.

Up to 10 GB
70p per GB if for one month only
50p per GB if for remainder of contract

11 GB to 20 GB
65p per GB if for one month only
45p per GB if for remainder of contract

21 GB to 50 GB
50p per GB if for one month only
35p per GB if for remainder of contract

51 GB and over
30p per GB if one month only
25p per GB if for remainder of contract

Examples:
You want to order an additional 15 GB, but for one month only:
This would cost £9.75 (65p * 15)
You want to order an additional 10 GB, for the remainder of your contract (we'll assume there's four months to go):
This would cost £20.00 (50p * 10 * 4)

We can add a minimum of 5 extra email accounts at a cost of £10.00 + VAT.

For dedicated IP address we charge £20 + VAT per year.
